Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to secure offtakers for our data centre capacity across the APAC region.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing high-value deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic negotiation.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients across APAC.
- Develop targeted marketing initiatives to promote our data centre offerings.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and client needs.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the data centre or technology infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness to travel as needed across the region.
