hadros Recruitment is working alongside a reputable Asian infrastructure leader that is looking for a Sales Director to join their rapidly growing Data Centre business in Singapore. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in securing offtakers and developing strategic partnerships within the data centre industry.

This role requires a deep understanding of the APAC market, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to secure offtakers for our data centre capacity across the APAC region.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing high-value deals.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic negotiation.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients across APAC.
  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives to promote our data centre offerings.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in the data centre or technology infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record of securing large-scale contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the region.
